Legally binding electronic signature

By checking the boxes below and clicking Place Order, you are providing your legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act, 15 USC §7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Your action has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. We record the time, your IP address, your browser, and the exact version of the policies displayed at this moment as evidence of your acceptance.

I have read and agree to the Rental Agreement, Reservation Terms, Damage Waiver, Late Returns, and Loss & Damage policies. I authorize Shutter & Sound Films LLC to charge the payment method on file for (a) damage charges (capped at $250 with the waiver for covered events; full cost otherwise), (b) late return fees per the policy schedule, (c) replacement cost of items not returned, (d) expedited reshipping if my late return blocks another customer, (e) reshipping fees if I provide a wrong address, and (f) cleaning fees of $50 (minor) – $200 (major).
