Chicago Wedding Content FAQ
The questions our content couples ask before they book — answered straight.
Is this a replacement for our wedding video?
No, and we tell every couple this on the call: content is not a video replacement. It's vertical, social-first cuts shot by a single iPhone roamer — there's no broadcast lav on the officiant or groom, no multi-camera ceremony or speech coverage, no long-lens compression, no low-light glass for first-dance or reception. Content delivers reels and raw clips for posting. It doesn't deliver the music-tracked cinematic feature. Want both? Bundle content with videography and the package discounts 10%.
What does the content creator actually shoot on?
Newest iPhone, on a stabilizer rig with a clip-on wide lens. Vertical 9:16 throughout. iPhone is the choice because it's what gives content the authentic "a friend filmed this" feel that lands on Reels and TikTok.
How fast do we get the recap reel?
Within 48 hours of the last guest leaving. We don't claim same-day. We claim 48 hours, and we deliver every time. Fast enough for the after-party recap, the morning-after brunch, and every algorithm.
Do we get the raw clips, or just the edited reels?
Both, automatically. Edited reels travel with the recap. Raw clips follow within a day. Every clip from the wedding is yours to keep and post.
Can we book just content, no photo or video?
Yes — many of our Chicago couples book just content. Sometimes a friend covers photos, sometimes the couple wants only the vertical-and-reels output. It's a perfectly valid standalone path.
Do you bundle content with photo or video?
Yes — bundling content with photo or video is the standard play here. We discount the bundled package 10%, automatically.
