Shot at dawn on the Bethesda Terrace, by candlelight in the Plaza Grand Ballroom, and at golden hour on Washington Street with the bridge framing the skyline. Hand-cut, scored to a quiet string quartet, delivered in about eight weeks.

This iconic NYC attraction is the perfect backdrop to any wedding shoot, with hundreds of acres of grand stone architecture, lush greenery and breathtaking views of the skyline. Central Park offers a beautiful balance of nature and city, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Bethesda Terrace, the Bow Bridge, and the Conservatory Garden are our most-shot ceremony spots.

Rockefeller Center
The Rockefeller Center observation deck — or “Top of the Rock” — offers a breathtaking view of Manhattan from over 1,000 feet in the air. We’re pretty sure this goes without saying, but you probably shouldn’t come here if you’re afraid of heights. Food for thought. The Empire State catches the dusk perfectly here; the cocktail-hour we filmed in 2024 caught a thunderstorm rolling in from the Hudson — stunning.

New York Botanical Garden
This Bronx venue is bursting with colorful flowers and vibrant vegetation in artful displays that’ll make you feel like a Disney princess. The Enid A. Haupt Conservatory — a Victorian crystal-palace glasshouse — is the most cinematic ceremony space in the city. The Cherry Walk catches April pink-light beautifully, and the rose garden in June is genuinely unfair.

If you’re the bookworm of your friend group, you’ll love this literary oasis. The majestic facade of NYC’s grand library boasts colossal pillars, a vast staircase and other intricate architectural features. Astor Hall and the Rose Reading Room are the two most-coveted indoor ceremony spaces in the city; the front steps under the Patience and Fortitude lions are a portrait spot you cannot fake.

The 1907 Beaux-Arts French Renaissance landmark at 5th Avenue and Central Park South — mansard-roofed, gilded ballrooms, the Pulitzer Fountain in the plaza outside, and the Grand Ballroom and Terrace Room as marquee reception spaces. Couples who book the Plaza say their vows under chandeliers older than the city as we know it.

01.Do you actually film in New York, or do you outsource?
THE ANSWER
We film every NYC wedding ourselves. Alan and Shane are both based here and have shot at every venue on this page at least once. We don’t outsource. Ever.
02.Can you film at the Plaza / NYPL / Top of the Rock?
THE ANSWER
Yes — we have working relationships with all three and know each venue’s rules around fixed cameras, lighting, drone use, and timing. We’ll handle the venue’s production manager so you don’t have to.
03.How quickly can I expect my New York wedding film?
THE ANSWER
Eight weeks for The Short, ten for The Feature, six for The Preview. Holiday weeks add a week. We’ll give you a date the day we sign and we’ll hit it.
