Shot under the Tiffany dome at Preston Bradley Hall, by candlelight in the Palm House at Lincoln Park, and at golden hour on the DuSable Bridge between the Wrigley and the Tribune. Hand-cut, scored to a quiet string quartet, delivered in about eight weeks.

Michigan Avenue
If you’re a sucker for impressive architecture, Michigan Avenue is your perfect videography spot. With detailed buildings, magnificent archways and beautiful bridges overlooking the city, this venue has all the makings of an awe-inspiring shoot. The Wrigley Building’s white terra-cotta clock tower and the Tribune Tower’s neo-Gothic spires frame the DuSable Bridge perfectly at golden hour.

Lincoln Park
Chicago’s largest park is alive with a shimmering waterway, lots of greenery and beautiful stone architecture. The Lincoln Park Conservatory — an 1895 Victorian glass-and-iron palm-house — is the most cinematic ceremony space in the park; the lagoon walking paths and the Café Brauer terrace handle cocktail hour beautifully.

The Chicago Theatre
If you and your spouse love givin’ ’em the ol’ razzle-dazzle, you’ll surely shine at The Chicago Theatre. This historic theatre’s exterior is perfect for wedding shoots, with a dazzling marquee decked with thousands of lights that illuminate the city. The 1921 French Baroque facade and the six-storey vertical ‘CHICAGO’ blade sign are unmistakeable in any wedding film.

Buckingham Fountain
Chicago’s Buckingham Fountain is one of the largest fountains in the world. It is constructed of Georgia pink marble and features eight beautiful seahorse statues. This fountain even has regular water and light shows. The Grant Park backdrop catches the Lake Michigan light beautifully at sunrise.

This park is right beside Chicago’s iconic bean sculpture and offers beautiful flowers, lights and walkways so you can choose your perfect background. Preston Bradley Hall under the largest TIFFANY GLASS DOME in the world — 38 feet wide, 30,000 pieces of stained glass — ringed by Carrara marble walls inlaid with mother-of-pearl mosaics. The 1897 Beaux-Arts landmark on Michigan Avenue is the most cinematic indoor wedding ceremony space in the city, and the only public venue in Chicago that lets you say your vows under a six-figure piece of art.

01.Do you actually film in Chicago, or do you outsource?
THE ANSWER
We film every Chicago wedding ourselves. Juan and Poria are both based here and have shot at every venue on this page at least once. We don’t outsource. Ever.
02.Can you film at the Chicago Cultural Center / Lincoln Park Conservatory / Chicago Theatre?
THE ANSWER
Yes — we have working relationships with all three and know each venue’s rules around fixed cameras, lighting, drone use, and timing. We’ll handle the venue’s production manager so you don’t have to.
03.How quickly can I expect my Chicago wedding film?
THE ANSWER
Eight weeks for The Short, ten for The Feature, six for The Preview. Holiday weeks add a week. We’ll give you a date the day we sign and we’ll hit it.

I’m a fun loving, relaxed kind of guy who just gets incredibly excited about weddings, joy, and happiness (who doesn’t??). For the past 5 years, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be able to capture true love with my camera on a regular basis. In the past I’ve had the opportunity to work as a cinematographer on soap operas, shorts, and music videos and have learned that working under pressure is where I thrive. I’m inspired the most by sweet summer days and I can’t live without chocolate, headphones, and soccer.

I have an extreme love of filmmaking and I am all about recording a story in its natural element. When I started filming beautiful weddings it only seemed fitting that I capture the story as legitimately as possible, which is what I strive to do every time. I have been making films for 10 years and in my free time I continue filming the natural element of the extravagant world that we live in (great to have a job that is also a passion/hobby!). Oh and I also love swimming!
