Washington, D.C. Wedding Content FAQ

The questions our content couples ask before they book — answered straight.

  • Is this a replacement for our wedding video?

    No — and we'd talk you out of treating it like one. Content captures the day's energy in vertical, social-first cuts, but it's a single roaming shooter with an iPhone — no broadcast-grade lavaliers on the officiant or groom, no multi-camera coverage of ceremony or speeches, no long-lens compression, no proper low-light glass for first-dance and reception. You'll get killer reels and raw clips for posting. You won't get the full, music-tracked cinematic film of your day. Couples who want both book content alongside our videography (and we discount the bundle 10%).

  • What does the content creator actually shoot on?

    iPhone — current generation, with a stabilizer rig and a clip-on wide lens for tight spaces. Vertical 9:16. We've found iPhone gives the most authentic "made by your friend" feel that performs on Reels and TikTok.

  • How fast do we get the recap reel?

    Within 48 hours. We don't promise same-day. We promise 48 hours, and we hit it. Plenty fast for the after-party, the brunch the next morning, and every social algorithm that matters.

  • Do we get the raw clips, or just the edited reels?

    Both. Edited reels arrive with the recap; the full unedited library lands in your inbox the next day so you can post anything you want, anytime.

  • Can we book just content, no photo or video?

    Yes. Content is a standalone service. Many of our DC couples book content as their only deliverable when they already have a friend or family member shooting traditional photos.

  • Do you bundle content with photo or video?

    Yes — and it's the most common ask. Bundle photo + content (or video + content) and we'll discount the full package by 10%.
